Netwerk Guardian LLC will be meeting with Windham Tech TCEAC members Thursday November 16th 2023 6-8 PM to go over the needs of the future workforce. Recently, in 2023, Netwerk Guardian LLC has mentored and worked with Windham Tech Jrs, now Seniors, to help mold them into cyber security engineers. In addition to showing them the ropes and allowing them to work on customer engagements we also have been showing them business skills. Correct, as an entrepreneur, the owner has taken a vested interest in help shaping the minds of tomorrow workforce by showing them the lessons learned and the triumphs of owning your own business.

Equipment has also been donated to the school to build a functioning lab. Including Palo Alto PA220, Cisco 3750 switches, and soon a Dell R730 and more. The idea behind this is that students need a technical environment to work out the configurations of network switching, firewall security, malware analysis, and basic infrastructure. Today’s job market we see education and skill showing up early in other metropolitan areas but not rural. Since the owner is from the rural area he knows full well the disadvantages.

In attestation to such excellence, NG LLC has awarded the two seniors with a career path and incentive already earned in becoming the next big thing in the industry. Both Justin Fargo and Connor Nemeth already earned raises for completing their GSEC certifications and more is on the way. With great knowledge comes greater responsibility and power. May they wield it as courageously in the face of all adversity to professional and business development.
